St. Mary’s Child Center is thrilled to announce that the Indiana Senate Committee for Education passed Resolution 0026 to establish an Interim Study Committee to study the Reggio Emilia Approach on February 24. Our Executive Director & Curriculum Coordinator presented before the committee & were thrilled with the 8-1 vote. This is a step in the right direction to have the Reggio Emilia Approach available to all of Indiana’s preschool aged children.
On March 2, members from the committee visited and toured St. Mary’s Child Center. We recieved the following letters after their visit.
