Seminar Series
“Exploring and Interpreting the Work of the Schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy at St. Mary’s Child Center”
In the Reggio philosophy, children are seen as strong, capable, curious and imaginative with a desire to interact and learn. This seminar series is ideal for those educators who would like to know more about St. Mary’s Child Center’s exploration and interpretation of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and how to bring it to their classrooms. We will look at the classroom environment, interactions with children and families, and the documentation of the children’s project work and investigations.
